Our Story
Our founders Walter, Wilmer and Ricardo dreamt of bringing their expertise and passion for Italian cuisine to the community. Our Salvadoran-born owners came to Washington D.C. without a thought that their careers would take them through the creative and exquisite flavors of Italy. Their story began 25 years ago, where they learned the precise techniques involved in crafting delicious and enticing meals at an Italian restaurant in Dupont circle.
Their experiences flourished their knowledge for spice pairings, the creating of mouthwatering sauces all culminating in the artistic presentation of your favorite Italian dishes.
